Equinox

£15.00

I wanted to create a piece that connects to mysticism and the changing energy of the autumn months.

Hares have long been seen as mystical creatures — in folklore, witches are often believed to transform into hares, embodying both magic and transformation.

The tiltle " Equinox" signifies a moment of perfect balance between light and darkness — a brief pause before the shift from long, radiant days to the deeper, quieter nights of the year. Across pagan traditions and many other cultures, this turning of the seasons has been honored as a time for reflection, renewal, and inner transformation.

The hare felt like the perfect subject to capture this spirit — a symbol of mystery, spring, and new beginnings.

Printed on eco-friendly Elephant Poo Paper using green Cranfield ink. The print measures approximately 7 cm x 8 cm.

Please note that variations in light and dark areas, as well as occasional spots of ink, are a natural part of the printing process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
