Welcome to the FAQ section of Freckled Ink Prints! Here you'll find answers to common questions about the lino prints, delivery, care instructions, and more. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Do you accept refunds/ exchanges?

Refunds aren’t accepted, but I’m more than happy to offer an exchange if you’d prefer a different print. Please note that return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel my order?

 Yes, orders can be cancelled within three working days, as prints are dispatched after this period. If you’d like your print to be dispatched sooner, just send a message.

 

How will my print be delivered?

Your print will be carefully packaged and shipped via tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Where else can prints be purchased?

How to look after my print- 

To ensure the longevity of your lino print, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and keeping it in a dry environment. This will help prevent fading and damage to the print over time.

How is my print packaged for postage?

Prints are packaged in biodegradable cellophane with recycled cardboard backing and placed in a sturdy cardboard envelope. Wherever possible, sustainability is a priority.

What if my print is damaged?

if you could provide a photo of the damage print as proof I will be happy to arrange a replacement. 

What if my print gets lost in the post?

Prints are sent tracked, however if this happens please get in touch via the website or email.
